Towards Understanding

If a belief in God is not necessary, as Professor Stephen Hawking suggests, then a massive readjustment to 2,000 years of our thinking is required. Up until now, most books have merely concentrated on alleging that there is no God. But none appear to have given serious consideration as to how such a conclusion would affect our thinking in every major aspect, until now.

Even if there is no anthropomorphic God, the future for mankind is not necessarily lost. Indeed could it actually be better?  Have you ever thought about how our lives could be improved by fundamentally rethinking our attitudes to the way we behave, are governed, educated, controlled in the absence of God? Dr Humphris-Norman gives us this opportunity and answers some of these questions, even getting us to turn our thoughts to life after death.

So how could this new way of thinking affect our attitudes to practically everything from morality to education, our laws, punishment, even the manner of governing ourselves, right down to the way we tax and pay for our society? And with a proper reassessment, could we be better off?

Join Dr Humphris-Norman on the road Towards a New Understanding, to change our ways for the better in an attempt to rethink general standards in the absence of an anthropomorphic god.
